    • I've lost my password, how do I get it back?

      Answer

      If you have lost your password or never received it, you can simply go to our password reset page.

      After entering your email address (the one that is on file with Rapid Solutions), we will send you a new password. Afterwards, you can log into the system and change this new password.

    • I cannot see downloaded PDFs through Google Chrome

      Answer

      If you use Google Chrome, you will not be able to use the quick view option for our protected PDFs. When Chrome tries to preview documents using its Google's Drive (Google Docs) viewer, you may see an error such as the one below.

      Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source. Verify that the document still exists. You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.

      This is because the document you are trying to download is protected. Chrome uses its Google servers to cache the document. In effect, it is Google, not you the user, requesting the documents, so it fails due to access restrictions. To avoid this, please right click on the document link and choose 'Save link as' or choose the link provided in the error message to download it directly from our server.
